On our way to Füssen, Germany, our group made a surprise stop at the Zugspitze, the highest peak in Germany! We took our highest gondola thus far up to the top, where we saw breathtaking views and had a delicious bolognese lunch.

Our group reconvened, and embarked on our way to stop number four: Füssen! Füssen was one of my favorite cities on the tour, nestled in the heart of Bavaria. The main attraction here was without a doubt our tours of King Ludwigs' castles, Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein, but we did have to make a pit stop for the most incredible ice cream sundaes I've ever had.
